In this report, we propose a semi-blind noise modeling and enhancing strategy, which includes the physics-based noise model with a learning-based sound Analysis Module (NAM). With NAM, self-calibration of model parameters is recognized, which allows the denoising process to be adaptive to various sound distributions of either various digital cameras or camera settings. Besides, we develop a recurrent Spatio-Temporal Large-span Network (STLNet), constructed with a Slow-Fast Dual-branch (SFDB) architecture and an Interframe Non-local Correlation Guidance (INCG) system, to fully research the spatio-temporal correlation in a large period. The effectiveness and superiority of this recommended strategy are demonstrated with considerable experiments, both qualitatively and quantitatively.Weakly supervised object classification and localization tend to be learned item classes and locations using only image-level labels, rather than bounding package annotations. Standard deep convolutional neural network (CNN)-based methods activate the most discriminate element of an object in feature maps and then attempt to increase function activation towards the entire object, that leads to deteriorating the classification overall performance. In inclusion, those methods only utilize the most semantic information within the last feature map, while disregarding the part of superficial functions.
